About Cognitrio

I started Cognitrio in 2025 after seeing a clear pattern: large enterprises were already using AI to cut costs and move faster, while many small and mid-sized businesses were still buried in manual work. The gap was widening, and the teams doing the hardest work were getting the fewest advantages.

Cognitrio exists to close that gap by democratizing these tools for SMBs. We bring practical AI and automation with the same rigor usually reserved for the biggest companies, not AI for hype, but AI that saves hours, protects margin, and gives people space to focus on meaningful work.

My career across LogicaCMG, CSC, Dell Technologies, Cisco, and Salesforce gave me strong technical and operational foundations, but the most important lesson was human: technology only works when people trust it, adopt it, and feel it genuinely helps them.

That is why we lead with empathy. Before we automate anything, we listen to frontline teams, understand where friction lives, and design around real constraints, including time, budget, and change fatigue.
